The Fursuit Commission Process, Step by Step
Here's what the build process looks like once you commit to a commission.
1. Reference and details
You share your reference sheet, character description, and the suit type you want - fullsuit, partial, or kigurumi. We use this to scope out materials, features, and add-ons.
2. Quote and payment plan
We review your reference and reach out with a fixed quote. From there we set up a flexible payment plan, so a $100 deposit is all it takes to reserve your slot - the rest is paid off over time.
3. Approval and sculpting
Once you approve the materials, we model your character. Depending on the build, that means either a 3D printed base or a hand-carved foam pattern - this is usually the stage where the character starts to "click" visually.
4. Build and WIP updates
Paws, tail, and any other pieces are worked on in parallel with the head and body. You'll get continuous work-in-progress photos throughout, not just at the end.
5. Completion and shipping
Once everything is finished and inspected, we pack it with care and ship it straight to your door.

Booking policy: A $100 deposit reserves your slot in the queue, with the remaining balance covered through your payment plan. Commissions can't be canceled without a valid reason once work has begun.
